This straight transom saver mounts directly to your trailer frame and extends from 29" to 53", distributing the weight of your motor and power trim to the rest of your boat, eliminating strain on your transom and protecting your boat.
Trailering can be tough on your transom, but Extreme Max has done the math and calculated how to best support your transom and distribute your motor's weight. They've done the heavy mental lifting to give you unmatched, optimal weight distribution. The installation is easy, and the removal is just as simple.
Extreme Max offers a replacement "V" block (3005.2187) and over-the-roller adapter (3001.0060), so you can customize your setup. Go ahead, take a load off your transom. This transom saver is not intended for applications where the trailer will be in contact with saltwater or brackish water.
Extreme Max's straight boat transom saver mounts directly to the trailer frame, stabilizing your motor and power trim to protect your transom during trailering. The transom saver extends from 29" to 53" and is made of steel construction with a rubber V-block. It's rated for outboards up to 150 HP and comes with a two-year replacement warranty.
